3, This card is redeemable for the purchase of merchandise (except Gift Cards) in any SIA store in Hong Kong.

4, This card may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.

5, This card remains active for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. After this time the card will expire without further notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

6, This card will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged.
