Can I cancel or change my order afterit has been placed?
We are afraid that orders cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Please WhatsApp us at +852 55400709 within 24 hours if you would like to change your order, and we’ll do our best to process your request.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered. All returns must be unworn, with no signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging.
We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund when we receive the goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please note, that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your item is faulty, please contact us on Whatsapp/email as soon as possible.
We will arrange for a refund or re-ship the item to you at no extra cost.
Bespoke and custom orders are final sales.
Do you accept exchanges?
For necklaces, bracelets, and rings, we offer exchanges for different sizes (same metal type and stone).
We offer a one-time free resizing service for rings including and below US size 7. Additional cost will be charged for US sizes above 7.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
How long does it take to precess a return?
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days. Credit card refunds usually take 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What are your pieces maded with?
All our pieces are made with 18k solid gold. We use natural diamonds and color stones in accordance with standards.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear. You can scrub lightly with a polishing cloth or soft cloth to gently buff the surface to restore its shine. We recommend cleaning every few months.
Store your jewelry individually to avoid scratching other pieces in your collection.
We recommend keeping your jewelry away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes, such as hot springs or saunas.
